Takumi, un chef cuisinier doué, vient d'être licencié. Il décroche un emploi dans une vieille pension de famille appelée Astro-sou, mais hésite à accepter après avoir appris qu'il devra également y vivre à plein temps. Jusqu'à ce qu'il rencontre la belle et charmante gardienne, Mira, et qu'il soit convaincu. Ils commencent à travailler ensemble et leur relation s'approfondit.
